  I really don’t get all these negative comments because every time I go there I get great service. Yes, sometimes they have the bad days but it’s very rare. People needs to stop complaining over little things like the news channel. Be grateful that they have PEOPLE working with great attitudes! There are businesses that had to close their doors because they don’t have enough people. I’m glad to see them every time I go to the branch and always treated great! Thank you!

  been doing business with this branch for well over 15 years and still when i go to cash a check they ask if im a client with them. can they not look at my info and see that im a client? im there every week and they dont know me.

  This bank is a Joke. Sun Trust is criminal and a merger between them and bb&t is going to destroy BB&T’s reputation. As for the banking in Kernersville they have made this just like Sun Trust. I went to cash a check drawn on BB&T and was told I couldn’t get a cashiers check and that is only for customers. So now I had to carry a very large amount of money till I can get to my bank. As per the papers I signed they were supposed to ask if I wanted a cashiers check. What a joke that is. I will do everything I can to never do business with this bank.

  What should have been a five-minute stop at the bank turn into a long verification process. The manager behind the counter didn't I know who I was I've been coming to this bank for about a month and a half cashing my payroll checks I am the finance manager for my employer so I don't know why they would think that I would bring them fake checks long story short they called my employer who was very upset that they would call to question the checks being real or not. I guess I Hispanic guys can't come in with a check too big because they think it's fake terrible business. Don't really fault the teller she was just doing her job I really thought the manager who didn't even bother to look up at me like i was some kind of fraud when she was telling her to call and verify the checks and make sure the checks were real.

  When you advertise the drive thru opens at 9 and people have waited 30 mins for service there is no excuse!! The only reason I rated you with a one star is because a “zero wasn’t an option!

  I've been with BB and T for 25 years. This bank is fantastic, they cold called me on my mortgage to save me money and get me a better rate and shorten the terms of the loan. They're definitely on their game! I only use them.

  They do have the worst customer service ever between all BB&T branches I deal with since I do have a business account with them. Even when they have new staff the customer service doesn’t change the attitude is same !

  Very long wait & they had msnbc on their TV. If I wanted to watch a socialist network, I would go visit my sister-in-law.
