      Not sure if this branch is short staffed or what but every time I go to try and make car payment unless I’m the first or only car in line it takes them forever to get anyone checked out at the drive thru. If There are more than 2 people in front of me I’ll sit for close to 30 minutes before getting to the window. This is ridiculous. I’ve been to other branches and gotten quicker service. I go here cause it’s closer. Don’t know if people need to be retrained, if there needs to be more people hired or what. Im considering going somewhere else if this continues….like another bank

      It's my second time here in years, not that bad like the first one, people that worked there seems like they don't really care I speak in general because took me several years to go back, members or not, I have that feeling after I got in, I cashed larger check before, this time for a smaller check, ask for a fee, to cash it, after she took quite it bit time, to decided or checking the account, don't know what she was doing, bank was empty, I told her thank you, she not said a word

      We recently opened an account there to get a Home Equity line of credit to buy a new home. Christina Mason helped us go through the process and took the time to thoroughly explain the steps we didn't understand. Anytime I had a question, to schedule an appointment, or a need to send paperwork to our realtor she got back to me in a timely fashion and helped and solved everything with her pleasant personality.

      I like the bank and the people that work there have always been very nice and friendly to me. However the service is very slow. When I mean slow I mean sllllooowwwww. Forget trying to cash a simple check at lunch on your break you will be waiting 45 minutes. Even this morning it was only 9:07am when they first open with one lane open and two cars ahead of me I waited 15 minutes and no cars had moved before I backed up and just left. The car in front of me tried to back up themselves and leave but realized i was behind them and couldnt back up and leave. Pick it up Allegacy! I only get a 30 minute lunch. I have to be at work by 9am and by the time i leave at 5pm you are closed. The only reason I was late for work this morning was because I really needed a check cashed which I didnt end up getting done because of the long wait.

      Stopped by here on my lunch break thinking I could get a certified check from another bank cashed. After waiting in line for 35-40 on the 4 cars in front of me I finally made it to the window only to be told they couldn't cash the CERTIFIED check and had to put a hold on it. Don't expect any sense of urgency or customer service when stopping by this location.

      When asked where I was staying to setup a checking account, I answered "I am staying with my sister when I am working in this area. However I live at another address". After explaining this, I was accused of lying to the branch assistant. To which I was then asked to leave. It is possible to stay somewhere and live somewhere else. It is alright though, I wont be banking or providing any business to this credit union. I advise you to choose your answers selectively if you plan on working with this credit union. Don't be honest with them, as honesty is not welcome.

      This is the most unhelpful bank that I have ever been to. I do not recommend this place at all. Seriously, worse than Wells Fargo.

      The people in the branch are amazing and terrific to work with. Reaching the branch by phone is a NIGHTMARE. If you don't need to call them I recommend them highly, but if you ever have to call......good luck

      Terrible people, they don't care about their members and for how long you been a member, the answer to their problem was go to an other Allegacy or change bank. I must diffany will be changing.

      Terrible bank, I was lied to about my account going negative, it has went negative 5 times now I was told the green was not hat I have to spend I look to see how much it’s negative again, I’m over this bank I’m going the Wells Fargo or BB&T Monday
