  Fidelity Bank of Kernersville has the "down home" banking feel that I've missed for many years. Everyone is so kind and courteous. They give you the feeling of being a part of their family. I'd dare say this could not be matched at any other bank in Kernersville. I'm gradually moving all of my accounts to this branch because the bank that I was with for over 20 years became so robotic and gave me the feeling that they really didn't care if I done business with them or not. Thanks Fidelity Bank of Kernersville for letting me be part of your family.

  The folks at the Kernersville Branch of Fidelity Bank are great. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel like family from the time you enter the door. Sherrie Mitchell and the entire teller line are helpful, knowledgeable, and I always feel good about doing business there!

  Everyone at Fidelity are absolutely wonderful, friendly and always go out of their way to help you any way they can. Always pleasant!!! We have been with them since 2009 when we opened the Cake shop, which will be 10 years this December. Would never think of going to any other bank. You guys are "the best". Thanks for all you do and don't ever change anything. :)

  We couldn't be happier with our service and experience at Fidelity Bank. Everyone knows our names, and we are treated with such respect and care. Two times I have had expert, quick help when we faced online fraud. We also love that our deposits are immediately available to us! Fidelity Bank is everything a bank should be, and I highly recommend going there.

  I have banked with Fidelity Bank since they first opened in Kernersville, and it has been the best banking experience I have ever had. We were so pleased with how we were treated that we moved all of our company accounts to Fidelity from one of the "big banks". It's so nice when you walk in and everyone greets you by name and with a big smile. If you are looking for a bank where you're not a number, but an individual, and where "everybody knows your name" I encourage you to go the Fidelity Bank of Kernersville !!!

  What makes this the BEST bank ever ? The people working there. Everyone of them are a reflection of the customer comes first culture and attitude of their leader, Bob Reed, and their entire leadership team and staff. I have always had exceptional customer experience and thoroughly enjoy doing business there.

  My experience with Fidelity is AWESOME! They treat me like a person and an individual, not an account number. All of the employees are friendly and eager to assist in anyway they can! I love this bank!!
