  Door always locked don't let you in even to deposit money into your own account without an appointment . Ive been with SunTrust for many years. My mother went there to deposit money into my account and was rudely told to step outside in the freezing weather by the manager. This branch is by far the worst SunTrust location I've ever done business with.

  This branch has some very good employees. They are very polite and courteous. They would go out of their way to help you and answer your questions. For instance there was once when one of the tellers gave me some tips and ideas for my own convenience. Also they have very fast service and they follow all reasonable covid-19 guidelines. Also their ATM located outside the door is pretty convenient and safe.

  My bank account I've had with ST was closed due to inactivity and I was faced with an immediate issue regarding my direct deposit. Despite being closed for COVID and the lobby being appointment only, I was able to get assistance and a same-day appointment. My issue was immediately resolved with the upmost care and urgency. Johanna specifically is very kind and efficient, and even followed up with me to ensure everything went smoothly over the weekend. I've been iffy about staying with Suntrust since their merge with BBT (I left BBT FOR ST) but now I'll definitely stay. It's nice to know that this branch is close by to handle all of my banking needs with courtesy and professionalism.

  I went to this branch first time to fix my account problem which done by SunTrust employee and cost lot of money. Mr obie Nelson promised me to fix the problem for that he has to talk to this manager and will call me back and is about 2wk nobody call me back and in the mean while I call and leave the msg no response. Very poor customer service they need to work not just talk. for there poor work ethic it cost me lot of money specially I been doing and dealing with suntrust for last 18 years.

  I went in there today and tried to open a business account. The doors were locked with people on the inside. I don't get it.
