Very disappointed with lack of loyalty to regular customers. Not helpful at all with taking care of my regular paycheck that I had been bringing in for several years now. We have switched to the branch in Blackstone, no problems there.

Very disappointed in the customer service of a hometown bank. A local business needed change and they would not help them out because "they did not get their shipment of money in today and had to save what they had for their customers." Granted, I did call at the end of the day. Not sure how many customers would have gone without, with a shipment coming tomorrow.
