  Forced by my company to use this branch and have had nothing but issues and rude interactions, it’s rare to have someone be friendly at the counter. Only time they’re friendly is if I’m not asking to get change (small bills and rolled coins) and just doing a deposit. If I could bank elsewhere to get those small bills and coins I would, but it’s a bank and I’m in retail, we need small denominations and my company selected this branch due to proximity to my store! Went to drive thru today to just do my deposits and the greeting was being told I need to go inside because I had multiple deposits and her system at the drive thru wouldn’t allow it. Amazing that when I asked for clarity as I’ve been told as long as I’m just doing deposits and not getting change I could use drive thru, the system allowed her to put them in. I dread my bank runs because it is nothing but icy glares like they hate having a customer to interact with.

  This has been my bank for 18 years. It is no longer the home town bank it once was. They were closed for all of 2021 and now the hours are so limited I have to drive to midlothian on saturday and use the drive up teller air tube. I will be moving to a local community bank (New Horizon) soon.

  Rosalina Taraky Is the rudest person I’ve ever met at a bank. I felt so uncomfortable around her and this branch had changed compared to last year. I’m planning on banking somewhere else.

  This is a Fuuucking terrible corrupt bank!!! I don't understand why the people in Powhatan are so mean to me. It seems to be one of the worst towns in Virginia! Fuucking terrible town!

  Worst bank ever!!!! Powhatan branch was rude and ugly about cashing a check. Said cause ink looked different. Said if I had an account there she would cash for me. Last week I had three checks cashed there and from same person and they did it just fine.

  Small bank but the employees are polite and friendly. Most times very quiet in bank if you pick the right time of the day, which is early morning.
