  This branch of BB&T is the best! The staff are friendly and helpful. There is always a welcoming atmosphere. I had the opportunity to deal with Diego Ferron during a loan transaction. He helped me through the process and made me feel like family.

  My experience at this location was great. Diego was fantastic with helping me get a car loan. Very professional and easy to get in contact with. The rest of the staff was super friendly. I would definitely go there for anything banking related.

  We were going to bring our business over to this bank and have decided against it due to the representatives that work there. Very rude, non helpful and uncaring. I would not give them our business. Do yourself a favor and go else where.
