  Garbage customer service. No one picks up the call at this location. When you visit in person, they even don't care to greet you and acknowledge. Banker wakes by you and don't even say hi. When we visit personally, they ask to take appointment or ask to email the problem. They never reply back to email and resolve the issue. Don't know why they are in business. I would not even recommend this bank to my enemy even in my dreams. Planning to close my account with them and take my business to other bank where they value their customers.

  Don’t go here if you are black, teller Jenny is very racist, spent 25 minutes been interrogated withdrawing my own money, worst experience ever, can’t believe the questions and how I was treated, wow wow

  Bad banking experience (not Jade but the other lady officer) today. We went for a notarization and this Banker comes out and tells her we are number 2. Well, then some gentleman comes and she jumps from her seat to talks (good 5 to 10 mins) to him while other customers waited in her office. When she is done with that customer and next customer, she just goes to that gentleman forgetting we existed. We sat there and left after 45 minutes. Worst experience, banking with Suntrust for 20 years. The other ladies at cash counter and Jade (May be she had to defend her colleague - tells us the guy had an appointment). No doubt the branch has so many bad reviews.

  I was treated very rudely at the door. I understand that I am not necessarily a priority customer, but I'd like to not feel like my business is unwelcome. Teller at the drive thru was fine, but didnt outweigh the bad taste the lady at the door left me with.

  Had to go inside to report the exterior teller machine was broken. A lady came out of her office 30 feet away to yell at me about not wearing a mask. I entered to just report the broken machine and the friendly employee insisted I use the inside machine. I would have gone to another location rather than being yelled at by someone who went out of their way to get into my personal space to yell at me about wearing a mask.

  Absolutley terrible, called and they said it would be a week before they had the $ to cash a check, I came back a week later on the day they told me. The lady said, oh I'm sorry I didn't order the $. Terrible terrible terrible.

  AFTER 25 YEARS OF BANKING WITH THIS BANK THEY REFUSE TO TAKE A CASH DEPOSIT THE ABSOLUTE WORST , WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS BANK
