Mariah Patel1This bank is terrible! Since the merge with BB&T next door, there is absolutely no customer consideration. With only one window lane to serve clients, I have yet to be left waiting any less than 20 minutes in line (even when only the 3rd car), and when you finally get to the "window" it takes minutes for a person to come on screen, and another few minutes to ask which bank you are as if there are too many to choose from because they don't recognize my account number prefix instead of simply recognizing that if it didn't work as one it would be the other?!? And after all of that, there still is no sense of urgency. And if you want to get out of line because you need to be somewhere you are literally stuck because there is no bypass lane. Unlike the ATM next door, neither of the two ATM machines at this location allow you to make cash deposits. Instead only a deposit drop box is available, usually without supplies, meaning you wait until they process it instead of being able to reflect cash deposits immediately. The decision to use this building and facilities instead of the old BB&T building to handle the customer base of both was made at the expense of time, convenience and customer service of its clients. I will be shifting my business elsewhere. NOTE: According to teller, now there is a hold even on payroll account checks which are guaranteed.

Naima Abdi1Let me just say that in all the years that I have had a bank account, I have never had a bank disregard their customers so much. I opened a SunTrust account in October and a random company took money out of my account, while I was getting that investigated and disputed through SunTrust, they still charged me an overdraft fee followed by an extended overdraft fee. As a student and a first time SunTrust account holder, there should be no reason why I should be charged $90 in overdraft fees, and for the company to not give me any leeway. My account was charged off due to that, however, they still accepted a direct deposit refund I was given and now they are holding my money from me, and not giving me much option to get the money. I spoke with 3 representatives over the phone from customer service, which all told me different information, to find myself going in to this SunTrust to speak to a banker. I came in and spoke to a lady by the name of manta and while I speaking to her, other bankers just walk into our session and hand her other work to be done, as if I am not sitting here trying to get my situation sorted out. She had the audacity to answer the phone and handle other business not pertaining to my situation as I sat there and waited. Then after the phone call, she basically says she can't do nothing for me. I ended up speaking with another representative on the phone that transferred me to someone else. She was the most helpful, until I called back today to find out that she misinformed me about transferring the money they are holding from me into another SunTrust account. Now I am still without my money and no solution and they really could care less about their customers happiness if I am being honest. Not one person out of all those people wanted to help me resolve the issues. I suggest never banking with SunTrust.

Tina Nguyen1This branch is terrible, Customer service little knowledge of technology. The branch manager does not know how to wear face covering correctly while talking to me. She is very rude. If I could give 0 star review I would do it.

Javier Mier1Very bad customer service, I have open accounts here about a year ago and had shortage in a CD because representative made wrong deposit. It took us 3 months to fix problem, and now a family member goes to open an account and another issue with a Money Market account. I'm definitely not setting foot on this branch. Very disappointed with their practices.

A Ziegler1Absolutely horrible customer service. Just terrible!! I went there on my lunch half-hour and was happy that there was no line. But then the woman at the teller window got a phone call on her personal phone and I kid you not... she pulled out her phone and walked away and started talking to whomever in a different language. The guy at the next window never looked in my direction, not once, and he knew I was standing there. After 7 minutes of standing there, staring a hole into the side of his head, I asked him if he could help me and he quickly swore that he is already helping someone waiting in the drive-up. So I asked him if he let someone know I was there (I mean, come one, I only have 10 minutes left on my lunch). He says, "she knows you're there." I asked "who the woman on a personal phone call?" And so he looks up at me for the first time and he says "Yea... that's the manager, her name is Lan." So needless to say, of course no one at this branch had any customer service skills or professional courtesy for that matter, just look at the management. Attitude reflects leadership!

퀸비복덩이1My computer has a ads and pop-up blocker. However, suntrust bank home equity line of credit, car loan and ..etc..they come through and disable computer to access my account. I called their web specialist and was on the fon for an hour he couldn't help me and told me to go to the branch, I did. There, nothing they can do to get rid of their add blocker and said that it was my computer that has problem, if so how all other aspects of the computer have no problem, including my other banks accounts, credit cars accos and etc...but suntrust. So I had to take my computer to a tech person, he fixed the problem. A day later I log in to my account...VOILA...same happened again...this time, car loan add, I paid to have the problem fixed ...I am not going to pay again I ended up closing the acco. I tried to give a second chance but didn't work and they can careless about the troubles in my end...sun trust ...should pay back the cost for fixing the problem...

Ikran Yusuf1Was just their yesterday, the India/desi with the short hair is KILLING your business, she's rude, nasty, looks at guests as if they're broke, she lied and said I couldn't open an account without $100 but the other employee corrected her and said if I have work deposit coming in then it'll be fine, nevertheless I left because of her nasty attitude. Also teach your employees what the cash app is, get with the times, fire the desi ones, so rude.
