Ken Moscone5This bank is now called Truist since they merged with BB & T. We needed to open another account and Gavin was the person who was able to help us. He went above and beyond to get our needs met. He followed through and checked on us and helped set up a few other things that he had suggested and explained to us carefully. He was so helpful and professional. We will continue to use and recommend this bank since Gavin made everything so easy. Working with him was a breeze . We have worked with different banks in the past and this by far the best experience we have had. I highly recommend.

cecil lewis5They are always friendly and courteous. Especially La'shon customer service agent and teller Diamond they always try their best to solve whatever problem i have, no matter how small or big it is. And if they can't answer my questions then they will get help from the main office to help solve my problems.

Alexa bergman1This is by far the worst bank i have ever been to. The customer service was awful. The teller Brittany Ray who was suppose to be helping me completely ignored me and didn’t even say hello. I waited there for 15 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged. When I was finally taken care of, she had the worst attitude and treated me as if i was below her. I will never do business with this bank again. I would appreciate it if a manager or someone from your customer service department could get back to me, as i would like to inform them about the kind of person they are employing. Thank you.

John Cigarguy5I have been going to Suntrust now Truist on Pine Cone Drive Palm Coast Fl for over 8 years now since i moved here. Tracey Estrada was one of the first tellers i met and she made me know i made the right decision. I am disabled and she went out of her way to help me. She is friendly, knowledgeable, fast at her job, and just awesome. Next I met Diamond Burns when she was training. I believe i was one of her first customers. I knew from that first experience she was goung to excel. She was incredibly friendly and customer service oriented. It was fun watching her get awards and such through the years to show how valuable she is to Suntrust. The last teller I met when she first started is Brttany Ray. She is a bolt of sunshine in that place. She makes everyone feel special while doing her job correctly and fast. She remembers details about her customers like for me she always asks about my kiddos. These 3 ladies all are still there and simply amazing. This branch would not be the same and would not have half the customers it does without them. I highly recommend this branch. If you go in say john sent you.

BIGDOC Dockery1Terrible bank to do any type of business, Lashon is a waste , can't call a customer back for days and there is always a excuse....too busy, I have a client... we are all clients when we come in to you, you should know that and in customer service you should ALWAY'S stay in touch with your customer. If you don't have time for your customers then tell someone that you need help instead of trying to handle them all by yourself which cannot be done properly and professionally. And one more thing they should LISTEN to their customers !

Choco Gibbins1Like so many others......we had horrible service at SunTrust. Particularly the Pine Cone branch. My father, a 93 year old guy, needed a simple notary service. Like a two minute job. Sue Stokes and Gavin Barba refused to help while the two bankers assigned to do the notarizing were busy with stacked up customers. Stokes said she didn't work in that department and Barba just flat refused. Neither of them had anyone in their office and a notarized document takes about two minutes. So yeah, I totally get the 2.8 stars rating and that is probably kind. The two ladies actually doing the notary job are exemplary! Very friendly and helpful as can be considering they are the only ones who seem to be working. Update: August 25, 2020. Had the exceptional displeasure of needing banking services again at Suntrust. This time for another relatively simple transaction. Cashing a bond. Drove up, and it took about 20 minutes to finally get to the point where they sent out some printout, and asked me to sign. I'm cashing a bond, I'd signed the bond, provided ID, and should have been done. Nope, they printed off a document with no signature line, and would not proceed unless I signed it. I didn't, they returned the bond, and away I went. I have since opened an account at Space Coast Credit Union. Of course, my obvious reason for change is the exceptionally poor service at Suntrust. But with the merger, they also expect customers to bump up the minimum deposit from $2000 to $10000. Space Coast.....zero minimums. Currently working on transferring all transactions over to Space Coast and Ally, and hoping to be completely finished with ST within a month.

Christopher Dungan1This place is very impersonal and completely rude not to mention inconsiderate. They take no pride in treating loyal customers with personal care and were downright offensive when I had to explain a situation about my wife passing just to pay the equity line. The Manager lacks customer communication skills .

S P4Main (or the biggest) branch around Palm Coast. Very busy during popular times. But come very early or very late - no one is here. Spacious inside; if you have to wait it is comfortable. Relatively helpful staff. Advisers may be in short supply: if need something specific - it is best to make an appointment. Closes the latest around @5PM. But many say it's not the precise timing though... If they feel like it make shut the doors a bit earlier. We also had experience when they worked with us after the closing time. Very nice of them.

Brigitte Barnswell3I have never bin to that bank for than a day to ask some questions about how this bank works i had asked a lot of ?s that day and allot i didn't like so i went back accross the street to talk to the Bank that was closing and that's when another Bank bought them for a great price. So they took the offer and i went with the New Bank. To my surprise most of the people are from the old bank so the customers new and oldish are treated like family. It just goes on and on.
