      DO NOT GO HERE! RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL, PoS's!!! I was waiting outside before they opened only too be swarmed and ordered to the ground with guns drawn by no other than HPDS finest! The bank called the police on me! After I was cleared, I went in to the store where the lady said I shouldnt of been outside of a bank while it was closed looking suspicious... that she called them. I was sitting there playing a game on my phone patiently waiting 15 more minutes till they opened. Well, I explained I will NOT be opening an account here as I was originally there for, ( she said I can still open one if I'd like) I told her to go $%#& herself that she is a horrible person. I am now a proud member of M&T.

      Some tellers are rude and openly talk about customers. The young white lady with glasses was talking about me and how I smelled like weed? When I don't even smoke.. poor customer service and attitude on her end. 1st and only time I'll be here and switching banks now. Good job bb&t! 0 stars

      We went at 11:30 and they were closed, they are meant to close to 12:00, costumer service is very bad some tellers are very rude and slow. I wish I could give them no stars.

      Awful. The slowest drive through service I have ever experienced. Every time I go there it is the same, doesn’t matter if you are the only car there, you are sill waiting forever. There are a few polite tellers but most are rude and unwelcoming. I have to go due to my work location unfortunately. If I had a choice I would never go back again

      Well, at least they're still a bank you can actually go to. They have improved considerably since the change from Susquehanna, when everybody was new.
