  Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Jennifer Fetchen can’t handle a simple dispute and will make you do all the work. Poor customer service. Can’t receive a call back. When you call the local branch you get connected to a call center in the Middle East where you also receive no help whatsoever. I will be taking my accounts as well as my husband and his business account elsewhere. This is a poor excuse for an establishment that is supposed to protect your money.

  Beware! Allows you to pick your date for auto pay, your payment comes out on that date for TWO YEARS, to later find out they have been charging you a late fee every month. They won’t do anything about it because it’s “your responsibility to check your own statements.” I’m sorry, but if I have something on autopay, why would I feel it necessary to review my statement each month?? Not to mention, I spoke with a rep at the branch who told me my payments was NOT late and would not be marked as so.

  I've been banking with these folks for over 15 years. I applied for a $1500. loan my checks deposited are usually around that much. I was denied the loan. I believe the credit union redlined me because I have an address that most consider the "ghetto" it should be based on the content of your bank account not your address. The staff on Northern are rude as well.

  If this was the only bank in town I'd drive hours to go somewhere else or hide my money in my mattress because it would be safer and better cared for there. A week ago I was locked out of my online account because Bulldog did a system update and my information did not transfer correctly (came to find out that they also entered my birthday incorrectly when I opened the account so that was pleasant too). I called a total of 6 times. And was told that my account was LOST. How you lose a bank account is beyond me. There was no fix for this except to wait for a specialist who NEVER called after a week. After being run around for hours over the course of a week with no results and fear that Bulldog had completely lost my account because that's what they told me had happened. I reported them to FDIC and emailed to tell them so. Only then did Bulldog call me back having magically found my account. Needless to say I am closing said account as I write this. The managers I talked to only offered excuses as to why this happened, why I was told my account was lost, and why no one called me back for a week. They don't care about their customers or your money. It took a national agency report to get any sort of response from them. BEWARE. Take your money elsewhere. Or hide it in your fridge, at least then it won't be LOST.

  The person at this branch I only deal with who is wonderful is MS Jenny Boward. The rest of the people seem good. I just don't know them. This is the only branch I will deal with. The others are rude and unhelpful and she is the only reason I kept my account.

  This branch is still the only branch to deal with! They are courteous, fantastic and a pleasure to talk to when needing help and they do their best to help you with all your banking issues!!! They're great❤️

  Very frustrating, updated system, locked out of account, tried over 20 times to call today and line remains busy, I just want to pay bills, hopefully I will connect with someone today, yesterday I was on the phone for over an hour with no luck.
