  1st time at the new branch. No better than the old which was awful. Went thru the drive thru which is automated and the teller was not at that branch. Was suppose to get cash back but only got the change, no bills. The teller said she didn’t know what the problem was but would look into it and I had to go into the branch to get my money. Makes the drive thru less than useless.

  Worst bank ever!! I opened an account online and for some reason they closed it and stole my money won't tell me where it is. Wouldn't give me the reason my account was closed either I haven't even had a chance to use it. They open accounts for people who are not even legal citizens though which is pretty messed up since those people don't even have social security number

  The centralized drive thru based in atlanta is horrible. what a joke. i am planning to move my accounts. i would recommend running from this place.

  The absolute worst bank and customer service I’ve ever worked with in my life. If you have a business or even just personal money I would highly suggest searching for any other bank in the area.
