Amy worked 3 days, morning to night, in November to get it sold. I had numerous offers and showings. I had a contract in November. She gets back to you if you have any questions, the same day. She also has a good sense of humor, which makes the potentially stressful event of buying or selling more enjoyable. She also understands the purchase and sale of rural real estate, which can sometimes have issues that are different from urban or suburban real estate. We appreciated her expertise and experience with the local real estate market. When she sold our home, she heavily advertised it online, took great photos, and even used a drone to gather aerial pictures of the property. We received weekly updates on how many viewings our listing received, and she always kept us abreast of important updates and potential buyers. She is also very responsive, often answering emails and texts immediately. We can’t recommend Amy enough and would use her again in a heartbeat! Kelsey5When my husband and I decided to sell our log home, we knew we needed to find the right agent for the job. We researched local agents in our area, and decided we wanted Amy to list our home. Her experience with other homes like ours, as well as her knowledge and familiarity with our specific location was what impressed us from the beginning. We knew we had several things working against us, (for instance, small sq. footage, remote location, no dishwasher, no garage, just to name a few) so we were prepared to sit on the market for several months while we waited for a buyer. However, Amy got our home under contract in about 6 weeks! Given the fact that other nearby homes around us sat on the market for well over a year, we were extremely happy! Amy utilized every avenue of marketing that she could. Local, out of state, lake property websites, you name it, she did it. I believe that really paid off and made a huge difference.
