  Calling for auto loan. Day 1: Left call back number for auto call back in approx 6 minutes. No call back. Day 2: Finally got through to Morristown branch and was told I would get a call back. No call back. Will try another credit union.

  No ATMs anywhere outside of Knoxville and they charge you to use anyone elses atm. Most Banks I have had reimburse you for the fees charged from the atm. Not this one. They tack on even more fees. Update: since I have posted this review they have started holding my check an extra day causing my bill Auto pay to overdraft every week. Absolutely pathetic. Update: Apparently you also have to set up your account to pull from your savings if the funds aren't in there. Well of course id rather give you 35 dollars instead of you pulling it out of my savings. What a scam. Wish i could give negative stars. Who in their right mind would rather pay the bank 35 dollars for nothing than to let the payment come out of savings? Update: They also charge a dollar to take money from your savings if you don't have enough in your checking. How absurd. This place has crazy fees.

  Pathetic joke if you are on disability and your check should hit early they hold it because when the check it pending it shows for the original date it should hit; So the bank does't give you access to your money because of that, going to switch to a real bank now..

  Horrible customer service they actually make you feel bad for even coming in. Act like everything is a hassle I'll definitely be changing!
