George Avant1Going to a different bank tomorrow. They've had years to do this merger with Suntrust and BB and T. All my payees disappeared from my business and personal account. I spent all week trying to get in touch with someone to help, because after you're on hold for an hour they just hang up on you. Finally get in touch with "Ebony" in digital support. When I asked for my old Suntrust payees back, she hung up on me. It has been the worst customer service nightmare of my 57 years. Don't get mixed up in this mess. They'll destroy your business and professional life and laugh while they're hanging up. Kwane Jones and Cheri are wonderful at my branch. I love them, but I can't take it any more. It's not the same now that it is Truist. Heard nothing but BAD THINGS.

Dave Wayne1I deposited over $12,000.00 on Thursday after waiting in the drive thru for 25 min.. I went back today and tried to cash a check and was told since this branch only had 2 employees and they were not cashing checks. Truist is a sad example of a banking institution. They lost business the past several days. as account holders go elsewhere.

Rebecca Schaw1This is one of the slowest banks ever. Absolutely ridiculous. Commercial lane should be exactly that. Commercial only. I understand being short staffed but geeze. One definitely nice thing is the tellers are the sweetest things ever.

Beverly1Customer service is horrible. Line inside is 6 people deep. They serve more customers from the drive thru than they do those that are inside. It appears that some services done by a teller should have been completed by a banker because they took a very long time.

Tiffany Davis5Following my visit at the Plantation location, I am extremely impressed with the current Branch Manager; Mrs. Kwane Jones!!! The comparison between your 98 North location and Socrum Loop is like “night and day”! (No pun intended) Mrs. Jones is exactly what I expect to “see” and/or experience in terms of customer service and satisfaction! She is an amazing example for her team/staff as she demonstrates effective leadership, is welcoming, courteous, efficient, informative and doesn’t hesitate to “jump in” when or where needed to assist her staff and clients!! She has a great personality and aims to “please” her customers to the very best of her ability! She is an asset to SunTrust/BB&T/Truist and others in the same or similar positions could learn so much from her! Her and her team are very courteous, accommodating, friendly and PROFESSIONAL!! All the things the 98 North location currently lacks! Excellent job to Mrs. Jones and her team!!

Ken Allen1Do not use his bank! SunTrust BBT and now they've merged together for Truist they are crooks and we'll find any reason to place a hold on your deposits. They claim it's the US government that has placed these restrictions whereas I've not received anything similar and the other 3 banks that I bank with. I do my best to give the most Fair rating possible but SunTrust Bank is really outdid themselves this time. The reason for the review at this branch is because I came into square up with them and their customer service agents are none to be found because they're all off or didn't show up. Very unprofessional

John Jones1I have been banking with them for years and I always do it the same way. I cash my check then deposit the cash. The teller see it is written as cash on the deposit slip and still she deposits it so I have no money available. When I call she said that she could do it that way. Liar she could have said something to me but didn't. I think after 15 years I am changing banks. They have way to much change over and the tellers just keep getting worse.

Horrible people in this branch!!!! i went there to cash a suntrust check and i didnt have a account with them, and one of the tellers (white woman) refer me to open a account with suntrust...and i told her i wasent interested,as soon as i rejected the offer ,the look in her face was soo evil and her attitude was nasty... like if i was OBLIGATED to open a account with suntrust... i will never go to this branch EVER!!!! Stay away from this branch and this WOMEN!!!

B Whipple1I have been trying to get information on three IRA accounts, for over two weeks. All I am getting is lip service, from my "representative", at the branch, and the people that respond to the "secure message" on the internet have names you cannot pronounce and are absolutely useless in resolving my issues. This branch is terrible. Always has been and always will be. Stay away. I just finally dumped them and moved to Chase. Too much incompetence abounds. I was with them almost 20 years.
