So two weeks ago I opened an account with bb&t and yesterday almost 60 dollars went missing from my account. The manger was rude to me and when I ask to speak to someone else she wouldn't let me. I also have problems with the bb&t app smh Worst bank I have ever had.

Was my favorite branch until they started making up policies like the Manassas branch did. If you're 80 years old and want to fill out a deposit slip like it's the stone ages, this is the bank for you. Closed every account I had with them when this branch began demanding a deposit slip. Apple FCU actually asks that you DON'T fill one out.
