  I mean I've tried calling these people 4 times over the course of 2 weeks and they'll simply never pick up your phones. What's the point of a bank branch if you can't reach someone there

  Quick and easy but you can only do one transaction at a time. Your card will be returned after each transaction, annoying 🙄.

  While waiting for assistance after signing on, I don't see the "urgent" need on making repairments -or replacing windows, mainly when there's (including me) a large bunch of customers waiting and with a glass in the middle of the hallway with kids in risk to crash on it! You should seriously consider those administrative decisions, regarding the care you profess on your customers.

  Everytime i go to this bank of america theres always a long line and long wait . They either need to hire more people or do something about it . Also DT is still closed down. I try and wait as long as I can before doing any type of transaction at BoA just because I know ima b there forever

  Warning some of the worst customer service you will ever experience, I advise you to try a different branch or do as much as possible online.

  Here the branch looks clean and decent but too much wait time. Overall, it would be great to leave this bank and choose a better one.

  Giovanni Roca, one the managers at the Woodbridge branch provided me with excellent service earlier this week. He helped me with a complicated deposit for my account and I was very pleased with the time he took to do the research and find that everything was in order. Mr. Roca's professionalism and commitment to customer service exceeded my expectations. With that, I felt that he should be acknowledged by the pleasant experience I had with him.

  Just went to this location despite the terrible reviews others provided. I needed a document notarized. They quickly let me know the notary was busy and scheduled a time an hour later. We met with Nelson and he was very helpful. The location manager also checked to make sure all of our needs were met. Perhaps they are attempting to address concerns with their customer service others provided.
