Debra Rhodes1Nothing is satisfactory with this bank: slow service, unhelpful service, poor online banking, customer service said branch manager could help with a specific problem and branch manager said she couldn't, branch manager would not talk directly only through someone who answered the phone.

April Barber1This branch used to be super fast but as of lately they will have you sit in the drive thru for at least 5 mins before acknowledging your there even if no one else is in line. I had to hit the call button twice before even showing up. The lady isn't very friendly either. I will sit here for 15 minutes minimum even if i have all my slips ready.

George Willinger III5Except for Fridays here and there, when I've ventured into the bank, I've virtually never had to wait in line to see one of the bank tellers.

Theresa Sutton1I was very disappointed in the customer service I received at Sun Trust today! This is the first time I was made to feel like my business was not appreciated. I did not receive the warm greeting and send off I have grown accustomed too. In the past the atmosphere was of a warm community bank but now it is cold and uninviting. As much as possible I will use the automatic teller to avoid the human element!

angel markley1I absolutely hate this suntrust. I try to avoid it at all costs. Every time I go through the drive thru, the guy asks me what I need then he just goes off the monitor without saying anything. Then I sit there for forever until u finally give up and go in only to find the guy that was helping me is helping the inside line. So was he going to make me sit there until he helped everyone inside? Absolutely unacceptable

Rhonda1This is the worst bank. Checked my account the teller withdrew money from my account using someone else withdraw slip and I have to wait until Monday to get my money back when it is clear the account number on the slip is no where near the same as mine

Sean Ferris2Slow service both inside and drive thru. I can't recall her name but I think it's Debbie/Debra and she's fairly rude to customers while I've been in the bank.
