Sherry Sipe1This bank is the worst bank I have ever done business with. I can't even stress worst enough. They've made me cry twice and I do not cry. They have repeatedly taken money from our accounts and they never admit to it. They have also repeatedly locked out accounts for no reason. They told me they sent my debit card to my old address a month after I asked for it. But then a month after that I recurve two debit cards. I activated one, used it for two weeks, then they cancelled it without even notifieing me causing me to not be able to pay my bills on time . When I contacted them, they said they cancelled it, so I could use the new card. Yet they supposedly sent that one to another address and they never notified me of anything. My husband and I will be chasing banks first thing Monday morning. Further more, I wish the news station would get involved because I think this back is crooked.

Keitra McClure2Took about 15 minutes to get a cashiers check from my account and this was once I got to the tellers window. Not sure what the issue was but it was frustrating.

Cookie crumb1The worst bank ever. I’ve been with bbt for a LONG time and they screwed me over so many times when I was a student. Now as an adult, the “assistance” I received was baffling. No one was willing to help. The first day I called, the person who was suppose to help me was at lunch for over 2 hours. After she was not able to help me with an outrageous overdraft fee (I got 3 without physically using my card), she told me she would call me the next day after speaking to her manager. The next day, no one had called me back. So I called to speak to the manager - Ramone in East Ridge, TN and he was also out at lunch despite it being almost 2p. Once he called me back he basically stated I should’ve known and he cannot do anything for me. I haven’t received any fees in a long time and to received $170 worth of fees is outrageous in a span of less than 24 hours. He told me “I shouldn’t have kept using my card”. How would I keep using my card if I had the first overdraft fee?! I am cancelling my account and going to a better bank that actually appreciates its customers. BBT has a long was to go!!

Elaine Scott1I went to BB&T where I was greated by Natasha Graham. She was warm and knowledgeable. Since I was impressed with Natasha I decided BB&T was the bank for me. She helped me with ALL my needs. As far as Natasha's negative reviews they are disturbing. Those reviews are NOT about the Natasha I met. Natasha was interactive with a knowledgeable treasure trove of information. Sounds like one person did not like Natasha and the other negative people sounded off. Maybe co-horts on writing unnecessary ugly comments. I sincerely think Natasha was what BB&T needed. Kind, helpful, knowledgeable and always ready to help customers. ALWAYS. Even the ones with a bad attitude. Thank you for the opportunity to express a true and honest review. UPDATE: Natasha has left BB&T. The bank now just so so. Not inviting or informative. When i asked a question after Natasha's departure all the banking employees had to confer to come up with the answer..... and now B&T is not open on Saturdays. I live a few blocks away so convience is all I can say positive about BB&T.

Katie Nettles1If I could give a one star I would. Natasha is the most rancid woman I have met. She is a disgrace to a banking company. She announced how much money I had in the bank and then proceeded to scold me about "the way deposits worked" I wasnt aware I should be familiar with all of the banking policies, I thought that is why she is there to educate. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the Gunbarral One where they are much more nice and professional. They should not let this woman work there and from the looks of the reviews I am not the only one who feels this way.

Silvia Wills1Worst bank ever . I got a deposit from a customer and she didn't put my name on she left her name on it and since she is not on my account BB&T locked my account and contacted the TBI . They didn't notify me nothing. I spend an hour in the drive thru before I found out that my account is locked . This is my business account. I can't pay bills nothing.

Express Ball Screw5I highly recommend this branch. I have been banking with them for years. The tellers are always very polite and helpful. Caleb, the branch manager never hesitates to go the extra mile to help me with any questions or problems. By far the best service I've ever experienced from a bank.

Brennan Cantrell1I would literally give this bank a zero if I could. Natasha there is by far the worst customer service bank representative there. She is unprofessional, uneducated, incompetent and mush a nasty individual. It has been nothing but problems with this bank and this person from the beginning. We had a great banker there before and to my knowledge she ran them off as well. Do not use this bank, I can’t speak for the other branches but this one is poorly ran

Dawn Parks3John is the best!! Natasha is OK, but Christy is always HORRIBLEY RUDE and very close to incompetent! Christy did not count my money correctly and gave back wrong amount. When i questioned the amount, she was rude, made excuses, etc. When I call on the phone and she answers she is RUDE. BB&T over all as a bank has been fine and I have not had any problems. I love the on-line free banking.

Lissa Rene1Do not use overdraft protection... they let about 10 things that were pending for 10 days all go thru right when I got down to my last. Over 400$ in over draft fees alone. The bank didn't want to do anything about it but "submit a complaint". Then charged another fee for my account to be in the negative for 5 days. They will play with your money and quote policy repeatedly when you ask for help. I will be taking my money elsewhere.
