  I was out of work, and they worked with until I found another job. I got caught up once I found a job. 6 weeks go by no problems, I call them up and told I was going to be a couple days late because I had to catch up on my rent. She said she wouldn't work with me. I needed to pay this week or I was in breach of contract. With everything on earth going up in price, I was disappointed with the outcome. I paid my car payment, now let's see if I get an eviction notice. If I get one I may head on a permanent road trip.

  COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!! Would never buy a car from them again. Value of car is 2,400.00 I owe 7,900,00 after two years of paying on it I had some credit problems so I didn’t have a choice at the time but I would never do it again

  Im not sure about all these other BAD comments..but its been a year for me with sunrise and my experience has been great. I was late 1 time and they were understanding and very nice about it. Interest is a little high but Im okay with it bc Im the 1 who made my credit bad to begin with to have to have this kind of loan. Make your payments on time and do better..and stay prepared for life's inconveniences by making a savings for hardships. Thank you Sunrise.

  I had went to East Auto under the impression that I was going to a buy here pay here. Then I was told that they use a finance company to finance vehicles. This is not a finance company this is a scam. They call threatening you the day after your payment is due. I work nights and they call during the day and I had texted them letting them know I can’t talk. I had made a partial payment in good faith keep in mind I’m not even 30 days behind and they texted me in was refunded they had already put it in repossession. They are rude and very unprofessional. I had qualified with other dealerships with regular financing but they had the vehicle I had been looking for with a great down payment and now I’m living in a nightmare and it’s only been two months!!! If you consider Easy Auto RUN far far away

  They keep you upside down claiming to help people with credit problems. Interest rate is too high that’s all you pay. Can’t refinance cause you owe triple what car is worth. Worst finance company to deal with. I’m almost a year I have paid 250 every two weeks and barely paid 1500 off a 15,000 balance. My car sales for 4,000 cash today. Ridiculous

  I shared a review recently and it was a miscommunication. I want to apologize for that! Overall I've never had an issue with this company, as they have approved us for multiple vehicles through them through the years. And got us in our feet until we could get approved for a brand new car. Ill forever be grateful for this company and easy autos for the years of business weve had with them.

  Have had two vehicles through sunrise. Rates are little high but will give a loan with bad credit

  Worst employees, zero communication skills and make decisions based on you telling them to go somewhere. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL. Had to send a cease and desist order because they will call you 17 times, 2 days after a payment. They will send you paperwork 5 times because they don’t know how to update information and then blame you. Stay away at all cost.

  I have nothing but positive things to say about Sunrise Acceptance! They are willing and helpful in so many ways. I appreciate the time spent with me to ensure I am able to get everything I need when it comes to vehicles. Kelley Ann and her team are amazing! Thank you all so much!

  I personally love this company and I would like to say thank you for helping me build my credit and always being ready to help me in any way possible I will continue to use this company in the future if need be I would recommend 10 out of 10
