  Every time I go in everyone here is beyond helpful. Went in again today to get an automated issue with my savings account corrected. Abbie and Elaina (sorry if I misspelled) were superheroes and immediately jumped into action. They corrected my problem quickly and professionally when the reps on the 800 number wouldn’t even try to help me and I just had to brag on them. Give them raises and breaks and free lunches cuz those girls rock. Thanks girls!

  Super slow and unfriendly. All they care about is for you to open bank accounts, then they dont care about your issues with your transactions. I am closing my 3 bank acounts today!

  The associate helping me handle a fraudulent charge on my account was rude and not friendly at all. I was calm and just wanted information as far as how to handle my situation and felt as if I was treated like a burden and a waste of her time.

  Pathetic and feeble fails to adequately portray the level of skill and expertise of all members at this branch. As a branch manager, you should be a subject matter expert on all areas within your branch. Barbara, the branch manager, doesn’t even know about the SRW form to close an account. I called my old branch in Florida and they handled what she failed at in UNDER 10 minutes. What a joke...

  I have been with this location going on 5 years now. I love regions. They know who you are when you walk in. (with the exception of a couple of newer employees who are a bit snobby) Very quick, kind, and helpful. I have pulled a couple of loans here. They go over the contract very well and answer any questions you may have. I suggest this location.

  Extremely slow and inefficient. Seems to be always understaffed. Expect to wait anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes or more if going through the drive thru.

  It opened my eyes to how much time and resources people waste simply by not taking ownership or accountability for their actions and simply opening thier mouths. Letting everyone know indefinitely. Instead of leaving expectations and assumptions all around them.

  I waited 30 and no one helped me even though 2 of the staff were sitting doing nothing
