  I had a great experience with the Pate team. They kept me informed as to the steps I needed to take regarding the loan process. They were always accessible if I had a question and very responsive to all my emails. They took the stress out of the process by ensuring I knew where I stood at all times and updated me immediately if there were any changes or issues I needed to be aware of. They also worked well with all the realtors involved in the transaction and kept them posted if there was any information they needed from the seller. I would highly recommend using them for your next mortgage.
