  Only one teller, the inside is closed, an extremely long drive thru line where I have been sitting for almost 45 minutes! Very horrible customer service and a very unprofessional branch! Please hire more tellers as soon as possible this is absolutely insane!

  Not enough tellers. Pay people a living wage you ARE a bank. Pay people what they are worth. Give ur employees a livable wage. One teller for a bank isn't enough. I feel horrible for the 1 girl working all day by herself. She smiled despite a line wrapped around the building. The 1 star is for the bank.

  This is. by far. the best customer service oriented branch of BBT. To be open on Saturday is so helpful. But for James to be outside in the heat talking to customers making sure the lines go smoothly and in general making it a great place to bank. And to the tellers who work so hard every Saturday-thank you- we appreciate you so much!!!!

  Worst service a bank can give you , bank tellers are super slow and rude ! I waited 40 minutes in line for them to help someone that had just got there and leave me waiting smh definitely switching banks !

  I called this branch 4 times - they answered once and the person was rude. I'm trying to return a call from one of their staff, and I've left 3 messages and he has yet to return my call. Awful branch. I use to like BB&T, I'm not sure if the issue is the switch to Truist. If this lack of customer service continues, I'll have to switch.

  This branch has a new Spanish branch manager, who is very unprofessional and rude. I am going to reach his manager and if BB&T is going to have such a rude branch manager I will definitely have to close my account down and go to another bank. I have been with BB&T for more than seven years now but I will not tolerate such rudeness from a so call manager.

  Online says Open account online Says No Go to Bank and tellers cant open accounts only man can do it is on Conference call for 4 Hours --- Have a Back Up Plan Guys. I cannot believe Tellers cant open a account for you I already have 3 There ?? waste of my Time.

  They don’t answer the phone . Just start banking with Bank of America. BB&T is not worth your time

  Never in a hurry to help when lines inside and out are backed up!!! Lobby is closed for no reason with no explanation???

  Very slow. Not enough people working
