Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I asked if they buy coach bags and was told I can bring it in and they can take a look at it but they can’t guarantee anything. I said I know they can’t tell me that they’ll buy my coach bag, but since I’m on foot I don’t want to walk all the way down there if they don’t buy them at all. She repeated her canned sentence. I explained again that I understood that they weren’t guaranteeing anything but I wanted to know if they were in the practice of buying such items… she couldn’t guarantee anything over the phone except that she was going to go ahead and pass on my item since I wanted a very basic generic answer that she didn’t feel compelled to provide. First and last time I call this place!

Worst most Urban pawn shop ever the staff treated us like trash. My son purchased a battery charger for $10 and they gave him a free warranty because they had no way to test it. When we return with the broken battery charger they said they could not help us unless we had a receipt but they told him in a sarcastic way to return in your little car and we would do it. We immediately drove back got the receipt and the Miata and came back only to be told we were tripping about parking in front of the front door and they accuse my son of taking pictures of the store he was taking pictures to post a review for the most she told me I was terrible customer service ever. Then the manager came outside as we were driving away screaming obscenities and grabbing his crotch. We were never disrespectful or rude the entire time we were there although the staff was quite the opposite. Never go to a pawn shop like this to buy something only if you're desperate for cash

Ok I am a dedicated and over the hill jewelry shopper. Mind you I didn't come to sell I came to buy. When we walked in no one greeted us to say hi thanks for stopping by and it wasn't packed at all. Were looking in the cases and no one came to help it was almost as if we were doing them a favor and they didnt even have anything waste of gas and time. Get some staff in here that wants to make money. Because these guys were deer in headlights. Never will I return.

Not nice to me at all . Tried to return a battery charger because it didn't work- I brought the warranty paperwork with me the second time I come back to attempt to return it. the first time I came back to return the battery charger was a few days after I realized it did not work, I knew I had bought the warranty on it but I forgot the paperwork that time I came. I spoke with what seemed to be the owner with the way he acted and his 'Swagger' and demeanor. He told me "come back in that other little car you have" now I had not mentioned to him that I owned another car but I was not driving the same car I came in with to buy the battery charger but that man was not present when I bought the battery charger so it was quite uncomfortable having him talk about my car like he knew me but didn't know me enough to take my word that I had to be warranty. So I drove for 45 minutes and promptly came back into the store to return and the battery charger this time with the warranty paperwork. The man that I saw the last time I came who told me but I had to have my warranty in my other little car, the other workers said that he was on a "very important business call" (bs) and that he could not service me this time. So I proceeded to ask the other employees what he meant when he was talking about my other car, the workers proceeded to tell me that I was "trippin" and that the man didn't say a word to me. I'm appalled that I was accused of lying and or doing illicit drugs by that phrase. All I wanted to do was return a battery charger that didn't work when I bought it from this location all I wanted was a battery charger and they treated me like trash. On my way out of the store after they gave me my money back for the battery charger before getting into my car I took pictures of the front of the store for use in this post just for public pictures (Google gives points!) But then I start to pull out and one of the workers comes out and questions what I was doing I told her I was fine and just leaving. I continued to back up and start to pull out of the parking lot when I noticed in my rearview mirror that now the man who I saw earlier and who I guess is the owner or manager comes outside the store with his phone (I guess the important phone call ended abruptly just in time to come outside and see me, haha NOT) and proceeded to vigorously walk towards my car taking pictures and screaming at me waving his hands making a scene saying don't come back here ever. I told him yes sir and left I didn't know why he was harassing me I pulled out onto the main road and was stopped by a stoplight. It was a long stoplight and after a minute or two I look over and in my passenger window standing right beside my car is the owner of the pawn shop a block up the street from his own shop still attempting to harass me, taking photos of my car and then I tell him I'll come back if you want me to what's the problem, he proceeds to grab his crotch at me saying "come back now moth**f***er!" At this point in the light turned green and I was afraid for my life so I continue to drive away. As I stated earlier all I wanted when I stepped into this pawn shop for the first time, the only pawn shop that I've stepped in in my life, was to buy a used battery charger that is not a cheap digital one. By the end I was treated like trash, threatened for my life, and down a half a tank of gas. But I guess at least I returned the stuff they sold me that didn't work? ,And I got out unscathed lol

I took a pound of silver rounds in this afternoon to ask for a $45 loan so I could get a prescription filled. They are American Silver Eagle's, dated from 2015 to 2018, each one weighing 1 oz of 99.99 pure silver from the U.S. Mint. I even bought the paperwork/receipts for each coin. Each coin is in an Air-Tite clear plastic capsule to protect them from fingerprints. A gentleman was helping me, he wanted to weigh each one, that wasn't a problem but the only female working behind the counter, stepped over and quietly told the man that "we don't take coins unless they are 1964". They obviously do not have knowledge of silver or gold at this dump. Avoid this place, go somewhere where the clerk's know at least a tiny bit about what "stuff" is worth. After I left, I was glad I didn't leave my valuables with these people.

Please people save your money and shop at another pawn. The customer service there is terrible, they won't tell you anything there. They products in the store all broken and faulty. They won't give you a warranty or even tell you that you can't get a refund when you want to return the broken/faulty product you can't return it.

This place has went down since its first opening. Customer service staff are a bunch of disrespectful smart mouth youngsters. Definitely a waste of time due to poor products and service. I will say thanks to James, he is the only reason was doing business with this place at all. But due to Jay, his smart attitude, I refuse to spend my money were I am disrespected.
