  This crazy market made the home buying process more than stressful but Brandon Wolf and his team went ABOVE and beyond to help me throughout. Communication at all hours, reached out on my behalf to listing agents multiple times, and helped close our loan in 18 days so we could be more attractive to our seller. Do yourself a favor, stay local, and go with Southern Trust!!

  Mr. Coble and his team made this first time homebuyer really at ease about it all. He explained everything (several times over might I add) in detail and never seeming to tire of it. He wanted to make sure that I was understanding of it all! I would highly recommend him and let him make your life a tad bit easier.

He holds a high standard for customer service which is obvious by his attention to detail and quick responsiveness when communicating with the client. Bruce went above and beyond to help rectify major issues with my builder that would have delayed the closing. I would recommend Bruce Myers to anyone wanting to purchase a mortgage by an elite lender in the industry.

  I had used Southern Trust Mortgage in the past for my initial Home Loan in 2019. I was contacted in January 2021 about refinancing 193k at 2.85%. I told my agent that I liked the sound of that, and to lock it in. I kept in contact with the agent over the next 2 months finalizing the deal. Then a week before closing I was told by my agent that he actually hadn't locked in the rate back in January (he thought he could gamble and get me a better rate, but he also simply didn't do as I asked), and now my terms are 198k at 3% (I had to buy points). This caused an increase in my monthly payment of $50/mo (or $18k over the life of the loan.) I was apologized to, and put into contact with the manager, who assured me he would do "what I can to make this right" and "get me in a much better position." The end result of that was an $800 credit. Which amounts to next to nothing in the scope of what I lost. Had we not been a week from closing, and had I not been in the financial position I was in, I would likely have changed Mortgage Companies. I had a very positive experience with ST the first time, but after this I will not be using them for anything ever again.

  Bruce Myers was a very professional loan officer to work with. He always returned my phone calls quickly and kept me informed on my progression with my loan throughout the time. His team was phenomenal as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
