  Chelsea is the best banker on the planet! She bends over backwards to make sure the customer is given the best experience possible. Waiting in line I've watched her get yelled at about something out of her hands and by the end of the transaction the customer leaves thanking her so much! Way to go BB&T and way to go Chelsea.

  This bank is awful. They still practice holding your funds for 3-10 days when you make a deposit, even when it is the same checks from the same source every month, and the check cleared the source's bank as soon as it was deposited. I had an emergency trying to buy eyeglasses and I needed them to release funds after over a 7 day hold, called customer service, who called this branch, and they said they couldn't deal with it because they were closing in 5 minutes and had two customers there. Their tech is behind the times, and god forbid you need an older copy of a check, it will cost you big and you have to wait for a long time. Plus they are not open on Saturday. Turn away, there are two far superior banks in the plaza--I have used them!

  I have been going to this location for a couple years now and the people and the service there are amazing! They are so friendly and helpful. I will only go to this location and I know all of the girls by name.
