  I'm a SunTrust customer and since the merger I can't get any customer service. Been on hold for three hours today and still nothing.

  Absolutely the worst customer service from a bank I've ever experienced, and I have low expectations. AVOID. The lack of knowledge and issue resolving skills is so bad it's almost comical

  This bank is one of the best banks in the area. People are so nice. Hence, it was last year when I went to the bank with my son and one of the bankers called me to asked if my kids took the money but the bank handle the case very well. So far I can not judge the whole bank employees for one person unprofessionalism. I am happy with the bank employees and they should be given a chance if there is any error. Peace!

  Had the worst experience dealing with this branch! Should have just went to my local branch. I deposited a check May 1st at ATM after 5 PM. Then the ATM kept my card right after I made the deposit the excuse is I took to long to take my card out. 2nd they place a hold on my deposit (business account) due to that and now not releasing my money until a whole week after. The account has been open for more than 30 days. I know banks can verify checks with no problem but this branch has something stuck up there tail for some reason! I highly recommend avoiding this branch, it gives BB&T a bad name.

  Never had a worse experience with a bank. I was flat out lied to by these people and the girl at the front will do everything she can to make things as difficult as possible for you. Any bank is better than this bank.

  They've been nothing but helpful. A nice "small-bank" feel. Very attentive.

  They steal your money and when you claim it takes up to 4 months to solve your problem and in the end they end up closing your account
