      Came to this location because the other was too busy... I've bought two houses with this CU and came in for more business... Music was blaring in the bank. Far too loud for a lobby. The receptionist on the other side of the building hollered over to me that there was a long wait (again) because this is another understaffed branch... Waited as the receptionist sang loudly... Honestly I'd rather do business over the phone.

      Open a new account and set up direct deposit. My first check was a live check and I mobile deposit. Of course it was returned because I didn't write for deposit only on it, what else would I be doing with it except depositing it. So I deposit it again to find out 11 days later it's still not available. I called to have it verified and the Supervisor said no the account was too new. I'm a driver and I'm all over Texas and needing these funds, by this time the following week my direct deposit has went through but not my mobile deposit. As soon as I get in town I'm closing this account and spread the word. Should have went to Chase Bank as planned.

There is also a waiting period before Mobile Deposit is available once your account is opened that we are required to comply with.       My banking experience with TDECU is great. Although, sometimes it takes too long for transactions to post. This can sometimes cause the balance to be off target. I have paid off several loans and the customer service is great, so far. I have been a member for 13 years.

      My grandmother is disabled and we had accidentally left her wheelchair at home. The women here went above and beyond by coming outside and consulting with her. They were so very helpful and it was wonderful to be around such caring people.

      Update: issue has yet to be resolved. It’s been almost a year, there is a response below my comment but it was meaningless, no response from them and now this is reporting on my credit. Please stay away from this bank by all means. I wish 0 stars was an option. Terrible communication at this branch they put an extended hold on my 8500$ check(10 business days = 2 weeks) which since all my Bill's pull on the same week, 13 OVERDRAFT FEES within 5 days = hundreds of dollars in which they never refunded. I explained what happened and they even admitted it was their fault for the extended hold and then I was told to directly message them through the app so I did and NO RESPONSE. Seriously screw this bank plz go anywhere else they will mess up with YOUR MONEY and steal your funds. I've called for weeks and still no response. Absolutely insane how they are still in business. Being a customer service manager I can tell you this bank is the worst and I'm sorry but the entire staff needs replacing. If anyone reading this has any questions please dont hesitate to reach out to me, I dont want to see anyone else robbed of their hard earned money by a greedy greedy bank. I'll close my account end of February and then go to corporate because this is IMMORAL. Update 4 months later..... I emailed the supportive e-mail listed in the response to look further into the matter and heard nothing back. Again beware of this place at all cost

      I rarely get upset but this bank is horrible! The customer service is the worse! I opened a business account it took THREE HOURS because the customer service rep Chante didn’t know what she was doing. She didn’t explain anything during the process my wife and two small kids were just sitting forever while she tempted to figure out what she was doing. After three hours she said our business debit card would be mailed we waited close to two weeks didn’t receive anything. When we called the bank they said they were never sent out. We had to go back to the bank and it still took forever to get the cards had to work with the manager to get it. Then a week later we received 6 additional checking and business cards we never requested. Yesterday, fraud took place on my debit card I called TDECU 3am they told me I can get a new card and credit back to my account in the branch. I went to the branch it took three hours again! The manager stated she couldn’t credit my account back I have to wait 10 business days for the investigation to complete. Also there was another gentleman in the branch because he had fraud on his card and it wasn’t handled the proper way. Horrible customer service, incompetent unorganized representatives except one guy Jonathan he knew what he was doing. I will be closing my accounts and going to Chase. Definitely would not recommend and DEFINITELY not for a business account!

      I have been to 4 different locations. Usually I have a great experience and I still like tdecu and recommend it to my friends but I wouldn't recommend this branch. The customer service I received from Charmaine was disappointing to begin with. She told me one thing in person then a few weeks later when I sent her what she requested she never responded until I sent a third email asking for a response. She then completely contradicted her statements in our initial conversation, she came off as very cold and unsympathetic in her emails delivering bad news. When I asked her why was I now being given contradictory information she again repeated her previous email almost word for word not even answering my question. When I finally asked to please get me in touch with her supervisor she again didn't respond. I now have to reach out directly to the branch looking for a supervisor. Update: it's been three weeks after leaving my information for management to give me a call. I was told it would take 1-2 business days. I have reached out to management twice now with no response at this point I don't expect any response at all. Very poor customer service from both Charmaine and management.

      Very unprofessional, undereducated staff. It took 8 months of fighting and going back and forth to resolve a credit card fraud issue. No one knows what they are doing, I often got the run around and led to many dead ends. Company organization is the worst. Bankers couldn’t even help me resolve the issues. 8 months later I’m thinking finally it’s over.... but of course they missed one discrepancy. Given the amount of time spent on this nightmare I was expecting...:: idk a through job? Of course not. Expecting quality is too much to ask from this company. Don’t waste your time. Run!

      Due to untrained tellers and "specialist", with personal issues. I've had to deposit the same check twice. I made a significantly large mobile check deposit. I called the next day to make sure it went through and was told everything was ok. However, there would be a 5 day hold. Which was fine.. Seven days passed, I checked online banking and it wasn't even processing. I called back and was told; it was rejected because I failed to write, "for mobile deposit only ". Never have had to do this before and when I mentioned this to the "specialist ", I was told, with an attitude that this has always been policy. Then she stated policy had been revised. Which one is it? If it had been revised, why isn't even in the help section under the instructions for mobile deposit. Then, I go to the Shenandoah branch to physically deposit it and not only had to deal with rudness again but a 7 day hold, now. TDECU, I'm done...there's enough going own right now and I WILL NOT let you ppl play with me
