  I was told by the branch manager that I was wasting her time because I was trying to verify the information on a BBT wire transfer from my BBT account to my mortgage bank. I suggested a phone call to my mortgage bank to clarify the wire instructions, and she told me to call them. I was on the phone waiting for 13 minutes and the BBT branch manager said that I was wasting her time. On my way out of her office, she asked me whether I was going to sign the wire transfer. At home, I finally got in touch with my mortgage banker and they told me the instructions were outdated and that BBT should have called to verify the wire instructions.

  This is the best branch that I have been to. I am currently with Suntrust whom I have banked with for the last 16 years. After receiving a warm welcome and financial advice from the manager Bita Bintefatemi and the associates Amira, Mercedes, Sandeep and Rida. I will be transferring all of my funds to BB&T. I have never felt so much at home, everyone truly cares about you and they are very knowledgeable.
