His team was diligent in the preparation of the loan and prompt with answering our questions. Customer service was priority one and it showed.   I worked with Jeff Satre at the height of the spring selling season. Regardless of the many clients I’m sure he worked with daily, Jeff always made me feel like a priority. Even before we had formally decided Jeff would be our lender, he conducted our first intro call while he was at the airport, on his way back from a vacation. He was very responsive to any questions I had as a first time home buyer throughout the process.
