Truist Reviews

Travis Nichols3To whom it may concern, Your branch is the only one left here in Salisbury which is already a major inconvenience for those of us from across the state line in Delaware. The fact that I just waited 40 minutes to make a deposit because of the lack of employees working is unacceptable. There were literally 2 people inside on a Friday night. I have banked here for many years, but if this is what I can expect moving forward, my family may need to reconsider where our money is going. Local banks seem more and more like a smart move now that Truist has taken over a branches are closing. Be better for your customers.

Kristi Noble1The worst thing they ever did was close the North branch and merge to this one. There’s maybe ONE employee here that is good with customer service. It was NEVER an issue for commercial deposits and change orders to be done through the drive thru until today, when I was essentially told that I was slowing down the line with 4 deposits.. After waiting in the line for 20 minutes, which has been the SHORTEST wait since moving to this bank. My last trip it took ten minutes for someone to even come to the window. Take your business somewhere else.

Mrs. Marvel1If I could leave less than 1 star I would! Since the buyout of SunTrust and BB & T, this bank has been insane to deal with. I am not on the loan with my husband, however I've always been the one to take the money (always cash) to make the payment. In the 3 years of this loan never had an issue doing this. Now I can't make a CASH PAYMENT to a bank!!! Please read that sentence again... I CAN'T MAKE A CASH PAYMENT TO A BANK!!!!! On top of that sheer craziness, they keep sending us a missed payment notice. We took the last one received to the bank and we were told not to worry with it as it was a glitch since to take over. Received a second one today with a late fee attached. Please stay away from this bank chain if at all possible!!!

Unicorntown1Waited in line 40 min..to cash one check. I have an account and so does the person that wrote me the check. Because my ID wasn't up to date she wouldn't cash my check even though i had my bank card, check book, social etc. Finally find an up to date license and took another 10 min to cash a 150 check. Absolutely ridiculous!

Mary Mitchell1This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've had several problems with this location. Recently, I made a cash deposit and even though they could verify the deposit, it did not post to my account. They told me they could not help me and sent me to an 800 customer service line. They could not help either. Finally, I spoke to Stephen at the North Salisbury location and even though this error did not occur at his branch, he resolved the matter. I would not recommend BB&T/Truist. I will be looking for a another bank.

Armond West1This bank has some of the rudest people it's crazy you would think that now we are back to work that people would be more friendly, especially if you informed them that this was your first time at the bank,Out of the 3 people I interacted with only one was even remotely nice Smh ,Will definitely be advising my company to switch bank's

Dawson Rice1Hasn’t been a single day that I haven’t been in line for at least 30 minutes. The tellers are rude and the one girl will talk about you to her piers. One of them is eating popcorn while counting money. Unprofessional.
