  The tellers at this branch are fantastic! Jason and Jessica are always so polite and helpful, I feel like they go out of their way to answer any of my questions for me. Only reason for the 4 stars is because of the manager. He is never in the branch and the one time I did see him and handed me off to their banker. James lacks some serious customer service skills for a manager!

  The black lady that works the counter is a horrible person. Completely rude with no personality. I would never have somebody like that working for me. That's eaxcally why I'm closing my account with sun trust. You guys gotta do better then that

  This people think that we don’t have job that I have clock in. They took for ever. And talking to a costo met about animals 🤪 instead of just do it quick I need to go back to work
