  Carla was very diligent in our loan process. We had a challenging loan due to self employment and COVID, and while the underwriting process did not go without a few hiccups, Carla was very focused and went out of her way to ensure we closed (even taking calls during her family’s wedding!)

  My wife and I purchased our first home and was nervous about the process, so many people we know said how stressful this process could be.   Listen, over all the experience was good. Unfortunately, the overall experience only had three options to choose from and they were from “poor” , “ok” and “great”. It certainly wasn’t poor, and definitely better than “Ok”, but was not “great”. What would have made it better would have been more Clear and concise answers to our specific questions-The majority of the time we felt as if we were getting round about answers to the questions that were asked. Secondly, Transparency on the “current best rate” would be nice. We found this is very common among grievances with Caliber Home Loans and I understand why as it prevents a customer from truly being able to shop the best rate. Thirdly, we allocated almost all of our builders credit towards closing costs (12k) and still had to come out of pocket $3500.... still unsure how it costs that much to close when I have a personal friend who closed on the same exact house, using Caliber also, 7 months earlier than me and his closing costs were significantly less. In addition, the whole process ended very unceremoniously with not even a phone call or “chachki” with the company insignia, simply in place to thank us for our business.

  Sasha was so knowledgable and dependable. I had so many questions and she was always available to help me in every step of the way. The process was complicated but she made me feel like I had her on my side. I always felt I could count with her.

  My experience with Aida Rizo was excellent. She went beyond to help to achieve my goal which was to reduce my mortgage interest rate and lower my monthly payments. The process was very quick and easy. Love it!!!

  Aida and Shameika were amazing. They made the process of us being homebuyers so simple and care free. Even in our moments of freak out they calmed us down and explained everything.   Arnie was very pleasant and efficient. He didn't ask for a bunch of random documentation like our previous lender. He worked with us and was able to place us in our new home quickly. I highly recommend Arnie and his team!
