  This is the best of all Regions branches in the area. The tellers go out of their way to see that your needs are met. If you present a question to them that they cannot answer, they will quickly match you up with someone who can. You do not need an appointment to access your Safe Deposit Box. You may have to wait your turn to be allowed inside, but no appointments are necessary. You will need to inform a teller of your intent, so that your wait will be shortened. This is the Main Branch, and it is located downtown. Therefore, it can be busy. If you need to meet with a banker, you can make can appointment for faster service, or you can come without an appointment, and wait your turn. Either way, you will receive outstanding service. Bi-lingual, Spanish and English services are available at this branch.

  Regions cancelled my appt to access my safe deposit and no one answers the phone at the branch. Poor customer service is being kind

  $2.50 fees for non customers who are CASHING REGIONS CHECKS is why the banks are going to lose all their profits to crypto-currencies.

  The teller was rude and would not assist us and this is where our accounts are ,not anymore I don't have to do business with a bank that clearly doesn't care about customer service
