Kentoya Thomas, Relationship Banker, immediately help resolved this issue to my satisfaction. It didn't stop there, she even followed up with a call the very next day to put my mind at ease. This is what I called "exceptional customer service." Thank you Ms. Thomas for going above and beyond. Thanks also to Micah for convincing me to stay with BB&T when the decision was made to merge. You ladies are the best!
