John Shea and the Team at Bay Capital Mortgage is by far the most professional mortgage company I have ever dealt with. From the first contact I had with John It was obvious that he was a professional who took customer service to a whole new level.   John Shea was very professional with my home refinance. I was able to lower my rate 3/4 percent off my previous home loan. This meant a savings of about $190 a month. John was quick to lock me into the lower rate that is still fluctuating on a daily basis. Great Job, John. THANKS for being so professional and timely in you response!!!
