  Love navy federal credit union but unfortunately the person who helped us start my husband and I account didn’t know what she was doing at all and I have spent the past 3 days sorting out her mistakes. Once again love navy federal but maybe stay away from this branch

  Small and convenient for those who live, work on post. I live nearby and always use the drive up ATM which helps me avoid having to go inside. When I do go in the reps are always very nice and helpful. Keep in mind the hours are limited but there is another NFCU nearby in Odenton (same shopping area as WEIS, Chesapeake Dental, Transformations gym).

  Fast and convenient service if your on base. In and Out! It is a very small location though so it can get crowded pretty easily

  First time coming here and it was okay. Had to get a bit of cash quickly. Other than that it was pleasant experience like always when dealing with Navy Federal.
