  Horrible customer service! I have been on the phone waiting to talk to someone for over 1 hour. This is absolutely ridiculous that anyone has to wait over 1 hour to speak with a representative! Word of advice if you have the option don’t ever go with Truist for your lender. You’ll never get any customer service!

  The building looks clean however the bullet proof glass makes it feel like an Amscot....no offense to Amscot. I've banked at a few of their branches and I would describe this one as 'salty'. The staff seems to be a little frazzled or too aloof the few times I've been there. That's why I go to the downtown branch.
