  Had a question about one of the 4 accounts I keep at this bank. Tried to reach the branch by phone for 2 days - no answer - no voicemail. On the 3rd today someone named Ana answered the phone and when I asked if their phones had been broken I was told that if any of the employees are with a customer the phones are not answered. WHAT???? There’s a new concept now - it’s called a RECEPTIONIST. Most of us work and don’t have the luxury of going into the bank to ask a question - NOR SHOULD WE HAVE TO! Would like to give zero stars but that option isn’t available. Good job.

  This is the second time that I call in to the Hallandale Beach Branch. Both times, the people that get on the phone did not show the slightest skill to handle customers that experience issues. Their ambition is apparently predominating the customer by constantly interrupting and speaking even louder when you do not stop finishing the sentence that you started.

  I would like to thank Athina DiCarlo, Market Leader and also Bryan, Tiffany and Edvin who work at this branch for outstanding service and help! If all the bankers could be like them our lives would have been much easier! Wonderful personalities, individual approach and full investment to client's needs - to say the least. Strongly recommend these professionals.

  I went today Friday 26 at noon to the E. Hallandale Bch. Blvd location. I had to take rudeness and a total ineffectiveness from a lady with some kind of Argentinean accent who may need professional mental care and anger management. Rude, unknowledgeable, aggressive.

  Definitely won’t come back here, I disagreed with the teller(Edwin) and ask for a manager and he told me no managers on site. And basically never resolved my situation. Not coming back here.

  THE WORST BANK EVER GIVED A CHECK 10.000 TO DEPOSIT THE NICE LADY SAID SHE WILL DO IT FOR ME AND SEND ME A RECEIPT IN MY EMAIL ITS BEEN 6 HOURS NO DEPOSIT WAS MADE AND OF COURSE NO EMAIL
