  Very unpleasant smell inside specially next to the waiting area. Couldn’t they put some freshener? Or clean the chairs. So gross. In addition to that, Customer service is very poor. There’s only one banker on the weekend more than 10 ppl in the waiting area. Drive thru is out of control.

  Is the worst place of any banks that they can have worse workers they make me the appointment make me wait and at the end they don't wanna work no more and they start sending like 3 or 4 people home I have a million lottery check I'm a winner that I wanted open a new account and do a deposit right in the bank they send me back home they say you can come back tomorrow I said I have a flight tomorrow I'm going out of town they say we cannot do anything very bad service everybody inside the bank talking each other they there are put no attention on the customer that was very very disappointed of this bank never got there in my life I hope TD bank investment investment don't lose a lot of money just because the service of the worker they're very bad

  I do all my banking on the web with my Convenience card. This is the 3rd time that my card has been cancelled. Twice I had to go into the bank to get this matter corrected. This time I am out of the country and cannot get anyone to correct it. Have spent at least 2 hours and talked to several people at the without success. Out of desperation I have now called the Hallandale Branch (my bank) and left a message. Hope someone calls and helps. Really frustrating. Your website does not allow me to 'ask a question'.

  This is the only TD bank branch I enjoy going into for my business. Their staff is friendly and I always feel welcomed. Other branches I just don't enjoy, long waiting times and not as friendly as this one in Hallandale beach.

  This has got to be the worst bank!!! Avoid it at all costs, extremely rude tellers.... didn’t even wait for me to finish telling them the issue I was having and pointed me to the other bankers to have a seat. Wasted over 2 hours between the going back and forth to finally being served back at the teller which rolls her eyes out of pure rudeness. I would not recommend this bank to anyone!!

  Watch out for their subtle attitude from all the customer service reps at this location. I don’t really feel like anything they say is sincere. Didn’t find them to be very helpful with my account creation needs for my business and personal.

  Drive thru is always empty, I waited about 4 mins just for a teller to show up at the window and after I placed my transaction about two minutes for them to return to the window. Staff problem or what?! Either way the manager should employ enough ppl
