  Each time we come at the bank there is a hige line and it takes forever to do a transaction And that s for years ! This is not possible, noboday is doing nothing to resolve that issue !

  This bank always moves very slow the workers act like turtles as if they don’t want to be here . An hour wait is guaranteed when going to this bank even if it’s just a small deposit so be aware

  Worst experience. Waiting for 2 hours. I am told that I am next in line. But they call in anybody whom they see. I am regretting coming here rather than Aventura branch.

  The most slowly service ever. There were 14 people in file, and just 2 tellers. Can you believe that? Go to a different office or choose a different bank.

  Always a line out the door, only 1 or 2 tellers if were lucky. Always a 30 minute wait time on the line

  I open business account and merchant service over charge me and customer service they refused to help me; I wait for 2 hour and no help. Don't go to that location not good customer service.

  45 minutes to make a deposit! It is always full of customers in line... only 2 window tellers.
