  Since the final merger to Truist, this branch is closed. Google really needs to be updated. Not good to drive over to a bank that's out of business. Wasted my time, thanks

  Changed name and now all branches close at 4pm… You should at least change google also! So glad I’m leaving to online banking…

  The bank representative was called by my employer to see if I could open an account after experiencing identity theft. The representative Renee manage to some how got me an account opened. I am on my way to being restored.

  Friendliest people in town. Girls at the drive-thru have a non-terminal case of giggles! You couldn't pay me to switch!

  I have been a long time customer at this location, over 30 years. Community Savings, Bank Atlantic and now BB&T. I must say that BB&T is the best of all, especially there customer service. Which, in my opinion is outstanding. Thank You, to the whole staff and a special Thank You, to Renee.

  Minus score unavailable SHAME ..WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH....am 64 years old and have been with this Bank since it opened here it has never been a pleasant experience but today they outdid themselves... I am trying to simply close both checking And savings account s due to their poor quality of customer service and needed a zero balance I wrote a check for the amt in checking but it was a nickel more than was im y account so instead of going ahead and just closing it o now have to go back and deposit 5 cents I am disabled and do not drive it's 90 degrees outside but l can't afford to have an overdraft charge 5 cents people 5 cent's plus you refused to allow me in the bank last Summer in my wheelchair because you had recently posted a NO DOGS sign and I had my 9 pound yorkie on my lap IN MY WHEELCHAIR!!! I couldn't tie him outside because of the heat and I was refused services at your drive thru .this was before your new ATM and the old one at the front was out of order !!!!I could go on But it just upsets me top much .I AM SO GLAD TO BE A CHASE BANK CUSTOMER NOW JUST WISH I HAD CHANGED YEARS AGO BTW it also costs you money To speak to a person there???? Good Lord ...

  Friendly staff, clean location, nice overall experience. I can't say I'm a fan of the way the whole company is run , lucrative fees n' such, but I've never had a bad experience with an actual person.

  BB&T IS THE WORST BANK TO BANK AT. THEY ARE RAN THRU A COMPUTER. THEY CHARGES ALL THESE UNNECESSARY FEES AND DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER EVEN IN THE EXCUTIVE OFFICE. THEY TOLD ME ONCE ITS PUT INTO A SYSTEM ITS NOTHING THEY CAN DO, SO THEY BASICALLY SAYING THEY ARE CONTROLLED BY A COMPUTER SYSTEM THEY CANT CONTROL, AND IM SPEAKING ON MONEY. SOMETHING YOU NEVER MESS WITH PEOPLE ABOUT. IF I CAN GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR I WOULD, LUCKY THEY GOT A 1 STAR. I WILL NEVER REFER BBT. THEY ARE UNABLE TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS IF ITS ALREADY PUT INTO A SYSTEM THE PEOPLE CANT CONTROL. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. DONT BANK BBT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
