  I visited the bank yesterday and was met by the rudest teller, who doesn’t even know Truist policy. I was told that if I withdraw from my account it would be closed immediately. Whatever her name is she is dark skin with dreads. Very unnecessarily rude and extremely unprofessional. I will be returning today and withdrawing all of my money from Truist after dealing with that attitude.

  Suntrust, now Truist, has all of the standard bank products. They will tell you what you need to hear to get your business. Once you are a customer, they will do everything in their power to deny you those same products, regardless of your high credit score.

  This was the first time I came to bank with them and the staff was rude, short, unprofessional and the system was down they weren’t willing to help. This is by far the the worst bank

  Refused to change money from their atm to smaller bills. Very rude!
