  It was an incredible experience, and went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I am a first time homebuyer, and the entire process was a very daunting one. Lisa and her team were with me every step of the way, checking in and running models for every scenario. I got the best rate with loanDepot, because of her know-how in structuring loans regarding the down payment that no one else was able to provide for me. They took care of absolutely everything, and everything that I needed to provide was communicated to me very simply and promptly. I was updated consistently on the status of my loan through text message and email, and Lisa communicated with me personally for all of my questions (she texted, emailed and took calls). Even when I was abroad, she was able to work around that and streamline the entire process. She explained everything so clearly and was also able to put my parents at ease (not an easy task). Additionally, she went above and beyond in providing moving boxes and a stress-relief kit, which was much needed and we are very grateful for. This whole process was fully humanized by Lisa and her team, and although I am someone who stresses easily, I felt no anxiety knowing that I was going through this process with Lisa.
