  Have been a decades long BB&T customer. Today I attempted to make a deposit into my account and was made to feel like a criminal. The first ( not friendly ) teller says that i cannot make a deposit. I then call to speak to a Manager about this. She was also not helpful or friendly. Also when I first called wishing to speak to the Manager I was told that she was gone to lunch and that it would be one and a half hours before she returned. Must be nice to get extra long lunch breaks. I usually got thirty to forty minute lunches. I just wish for good friendly customer service.

  Useless. Change the open hours to 4 oclock cause they won't do anything if it's close to 5

  The fact that you have to make an appointment for your banking needs is incredibly inconvenient. The line around the bank everyday means you should probably hire more tellers for the drive thru.

  Have had several bad experiences here revolving around one particular teller. I'd rather drive across town than see her face.

  Slowest drive threw ever. And always tell you in person they cant do something but when you call they can. Completely incompetent

  Friendly but not knowledgeable. I was not able to deposit a BB&T check to my BB&T buisness account I've had for twenty years.
