  Best experience for a home purchase we’ve ever had. The folks at Caliber have reasonable closing costs and go above and beyond to help their clients achieve their homeownership goals.   First let me say I was recommended to Caliber loans by a friend and have to say it had to be on of the best recommendations I’ve ever had. The experience with Caliber loans was exceptional. Not only was it taken care of fully from beginning to end, but was done with my knowledge, understanding and confidence. Everything was explained to me and everyone did what they said they were going to do at the same time being there for me when I had any questions or concerns. I was very confident that the team was working for my behalf and wanted nothing less than to help me in any way possible. I will be using Alexa and her team again and highly recommend them to anyone looking or considering a loan. Friendly, helpful, honest and hard working, some of my favorite traits.

  After trying to refinance with another lending institute I contacted Caliber Home Loans. I should have saved time and aggravation by contacting them first This is the second time I closed with Caliber. The team is top rate. They are knowledgeable and professional. It seems they work around the clock, they are always available to answer any questions. The Title Company arranged by them was also excellent, they even came to my home for the closing. You cannot put a price on the trust they instill. It's great feeling of safety when you can trust the company with your greatest asset, you home.

  Every little detail was taken care of in record time. We closed early and were able to get many things taken care of before our move. I would recommend this company to everyone. They did an amazing job!

  Alexa and her team were great. They were very helpful every step of the process. Heather was fantastic. She was quick to respond and answer any questions. I gave them a tight timeline and they delivered. If I ever buy another home it will be with Caliber and Alexa Price. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

  These folks are amazing, very friendly and the loans are very easy, I have my house mortgage through them and it feels like I don’t have to do anything, they handle everything and anything that comes my way, very easy online access and the website is designed very well, any customer service calls I need to make is always effortless and everything is resolved in no time, if I ever need any loans or another mortgage, I would never hesitate to call them.
