  Absolutely the worst bank ever! I’ve been with this bank for 30 years out of convenience since I live a block away. No more. Tried to start a savings account, made an appointment, went there & they told me the person who can do this is not available. Found out that was a lie & apparently they just didn’t want to put the time in to do it. Same person told me they would personally call me & schedule another appointment. Another lie, they never called me back. Finally after 5 failed call attempts, someone answered the phone. Booked another appointment & they had me wait over 15 minutes, still nothing. I left. I’ll be happy to put my $ anywhere else but here 🤬🤬🤬

  New Branch since the merge of the 2 largest banks in Florida.....Evidently more training is needed for those working as Loan/Finance Manager / General Manager because the person at this location did not know how to resolve the issue.

  Sounds like a lot of the clients are impatient. This isn’t fast food, this bank handles our cash. I’d rather a bank take their time, than do things incorrectly. Yes it’s an older facility but at the end of the day, the staff is friendly, I can trust I’m in good hands and they do the best they can. That’s what most important in a bank.

  I had to wait for 25 min to make a simple deposit.Only 1 Person worked for the drive truh and lines......

  Rose on customer service was rude and not able to explain in detail then she had the nerve to hang up and disconnected the call. Service is very poor perhaps it's time to.move my funds to another banking institution

  Dont bank with this bank! I started a bank account with them last friday. By wenesday of the next week the closed my bank account and frooze my funds without explination. I owed amscott on a payday loan which is why they closed the account. But it took forever for me to get that ansser out of anyone. Then after that my phones were hacked and it completly destroyed both phones which i had to replace. They sold my info to telemarketers and scammers and my phone was blowing up with scam calls, voicemails and texts to the point where the phone kept blinking on and off untill it just never turned back on ever again. So they cost me $300 plus they are holding $100 left in my closed bank account. I have to wait for them to mail it to me. Suntrust is fraudulent.

  I had a fraud and they told me to pay cash in the future After wainting forever I was served; the clerk was unpatient to help me and thought the hotline takes forever. At the end or better after 10 minutes he gave up. Telling me I should pay cash, it's safer that any SunTrust card. That is what he does and his family does,...debitcards are not safe at all. Great - why do I bank with SunTrust?! Such a nightmare. This branch is a no-go,....as worse as Altamonte Springs Crossing. I believe those clerks should find another job and not telling me they work 25-30 years in that business,...they fail.

  I've seen mostly negative reviews of this branch, and I just wanted to add that it's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Some people are just impatient, most of the time bringing issues on themselves due to lack of self-accountability. Yes, there have been times in the past where there were multiple employees, only a few customers, and I having to wait upwards of 20 mins. But those moments are few and far between. This is a great branch 90% of the time :) Also, some folks just don't seem to understand that life isn't always going to go at the speed of light like they would like it to. In short, relax and be patient. Or just go somewhere else. As for myself, I suggest this bank to anyone that lives near it.

  Me and my wife open count two days ago come find out today is that they're closing my accounts no call i call them do not bank there apopka
