Slowest bank ever I believe kids could work faster than these employees and they always have only two tellers but 100 people in-line you would think they would hire more staff but no!!! If you feel like waiting 45- 1 hour for service come to this location.

About two weeks ago. I made a cash deposit at the ATM. For whatever reason the atm took all my money without acknowledging the funds into my account. I followed up with the number provided at the atm. They keep giving me the around. I associate i spoke to on the phone claimed that my money should post the next day. This was a lie. Further, I came to the physical branch to resolve the issue as well. Supposedly a regional manager was going to resolve it by the end on the day. They’ve haven’t done anything. This is an embarrassment. I advice anybody to bank with a credit union.

long lines outside the branch, phone lines don't let you make an appointment. They can't assist you when you need help. Long wait time on phone when trying to reach customer service. With their long history of excellent banking, this is unacceptable. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! Midflorida is better....

While many of the BOA benefits are good, the staff at this location is inept. We have been working to change the ownership on our checking account for over a month and everyone we've dealt with at this branch has been unable to complete this simple task. We have been on the phone three times, and there in-person twice and told each of those times that everything is set, but the change hasn't been done yet. Again yesterday I was told we still need to sign more forms before this change can be completed. I can recommend BOA, but cannot endorse any of the staff at this Apopka location. Best to go to another branch if you actually want to get something done.

The service at the APOPKA, FL location is inept. I spent about 45 minutes waiting to secure a safety deposit box which they told me was available. Only to be told in the end of giving all information needed that the box that I wanted was not available. How In the span of 2 minutes does the box go from available to unavailable. No apology for waisting my time. I will be removing my funds from this bank after doing business with them for over 40 years.

      Response from the owner

Drive-thru ATMs have been out of service for about three weeks!! Makes it difficult to deposit after bank is closed because of the line of people trying to deposit in the ONLY ONE ATM that works.

      Response from the owner

Went on line to find out when drive thru opened to prevent my 97 year old dad from going into bank. When we got there the drive thru was closed. When I mentioned this to the inside teller she said it has been closed for years!!!!only atm is open. Well Thanks Susan for the link. I went to it, found the bank and tried to PERSONALLY ask about drive thru. Of course NO ONE answered only a canned recording even after I pushed option "speak to a representative." Of course they were "all busy right now" Not even an option to leave a message or call back like my other bank.

      Response from the owner

I entered the bank at 12:50PM, 10 minutes before it closed on a Saturday to complete a wire transfer. Ended up waiting 10 minutes for a banker (not teller) to address me. At which point she said, it’s 1PM we can’t do that. If you don’t want to service anyone after 1PM, close the doors at 12:30 or put a sign up saying we don’t want to service you after closing time, regardless of when you entered the bank.

      Response from the owner

This place used to be wonderful, with great service, happy employees and a home town bank feel... used to be is key here here. They are gradually removing the human touch completely, it’s a shame. Taking away valuable services that as a small business owner I used to find extremely beneficial and helpful in conducting business. There is that word again... for example, the commercial line should basically just close down as when they are open at the most inconvenient times! They have enough spaces for 9 tellers but rarely have more than 2 open, and they move as if they have not a care in the world!!! Many people just stand around and are not helpful at all.The line sometimes stretched out if the door. If you can, take your business elsewhere!! A real tragic shame... Update: This place continues to suck... simply amazing that this is what passes for service anymore. So many people just standing around doing nothing! Lines out the door.

Went in this morning to address questions on my Bank of America Travel Rewards account and reward redemption. I was approached by a very rude bank manager, Jorge Fernandez who td me to call the phone number on the back of my card and refused to let me speak with a Customer Relations Representative. As a member of Bank of America for more than 25 years, I expect better customer service. This gentleman needs some training on how to interact with customers.
