  Very helpful, they sure that I understood everything I had concerns about and made me feel that I could come in at anytime and expect the same treatment.

  The most inconvenient bank. ATM machine is always down at the main building. Now they did away with the drive through tellers and replaced with a machine that doesn't work half the time and a long wait to use cause no one knows how to use the damn thing. If you go inside there is always just a huge line and everyone seems like they don't know what they are doing.

  I just deposited a large sum of money and the teller was so unfriendly. Never looked me in the eye and acted like I was bothering her. What has happen to friendly customer service

  They can never decide if you need your information and multiple ids or if they'll just hand over money without asking for anything. It's ridiculous really. I understand there are laws in place so they should be followed always and not accept some information at times but not others.

  I have found the staff helpful and friendly over the 15 years I have banked there .
